This section displays your account’s current settings. It comprises of 5 sections:

  • General

  • Integration
  • Export
  • Subscription
  • Mail Signature

General

 

Enables you to update Site name and Site Logo

Steps to change Site name:

  • Go to the General tab in settings
  • Click on edit in front of Site Name
  • Enter the Site Name and click on update

Steps to Add/Update Site Logo

  • Go to the General tab in settings
  • Click on Choose File, select file to be uploaded and click Upload Logo button

Steps to Remove Site Logo

  • Go to the General tab in settings
  • Click on Remove Logo button

Integration

 

One of the major ViduPM functionality includes integrating Google Drive and Dropbox in your account.
Click on Setting and move to integrations section.

 

Steps to integrate Google Drive

  • Click on Connect Google Drive/Connect Dropbox
  • You will be redirected to google account page
  • Enter email id and password of account which will be associated with and Sign in

 

  • Read the Terms and Conditions to access permissions by ViduPM carefully
  • Click ‘Allow’ if you want to integrate or ‘Deny’ if you don’t agree with Terms and Conditions
  • Once you select Allow, Google Drive will integrate and pop up window is visible. Select the Root Folder you want to access and click ‘Access Selected Folder’.

 

 

  • If you want to change settings, click on ‘Change Folder’, a select folder in the pop-up window and click ‘Access Selected Folder’
  • Disconnect Google Drive, click on ‘Disconnect’

Steps to integrate Dropbox

  • Click on ‘Connect’ button to ‘Dropbox’.

 

  • You will be redirected to the ‘Dropbox’ account page
  • Enter email id and password of your account and Sign in
  • Read the Terms and Conditions to access permissions by ViduPM carefully
  • Click ‘Allow’ or ‘Deny’ for the Terms and Conditions
  • Once you select Allow, Dropbox will integrate and pop up window is visible; select the Root Folder you want to access and click ‘Access Selected Folder’
  • If you want to change Folder, click on ‘Change’ and select folder in the pop-up window and click ‘Access Selected Folder’
  • To disconnect Dropbox, click on ‘Disconnect’

Export

 

This feature allows you to create a database backup just in case you lose the data; you can provide us the database backup script to restore it.

Steps involved in Export

  • Click on ‘Take full database backup.

  • An SQL file with default name script.sql gets downloaded to your default download folder
  • In case data is lost due to issues mentioned in the export page, in near future, you can contact us and provide us with the downloaded SQL script
  • We would restore your data from the stage when last data backup was taken

Note

  • Data backup is subject to conditions
  • Data restore can take time from 1 hour to 24 hours

Subscription

 

This setting section displays your current Subscription Plan

Subscription Plan offered by ViduPM comprises of:

You can Downgrade/Upgrade to new subscription depending on your current plan.

Steps to Downgrade/Upgrade Subscriptions:

  • Select Plan you want to Downgrade/Upgrade by clicking Downgrade/Upgrade button below the Plan
  • You would be redirected to ViduPM subscription payment page

 

  • Payment subscription displays
  • Plan you have selected to Downgrade/Upgrade
  • The amount that will be charged for the new plan
  • Click on Confirm to make payment or Cancel to return to the subscription page
  • Payment History – This section shows the record of your previous payment history.

Steps to get a Payment history

  • Click on Setting and navigate to subscription settings
  • Click on Payment History on top right margin

  • Customer Payment History page is visible with your current plan and tabular record of your previous payment

 

  • You can either get an invoice for an individual record or save complete payment record as a PDF.

Billing Setting

This setting section displays the Invoice Email setting. You can set your email signature, important notes and terms related to invoices from here.
