Add/manage new and existing Clients associated with your account, this section is divided into 3 parts:

  • Add Client
  • Client Details
  • Clients Summary

 

 

Add Client

This section deals with adding new Client to your Company

Steps to add a Client

  • Click on Clients Menu in the Top Panel
  • Click on “Add” button on the top right margin of the Client page 
  • Pop up window opens, add all the required details including mandatory details and click on Save
  • A confirmation message displays stating, “New Client Added Successfully”

Client Details

  • Active Clients – Displays only active Clients
  • Inactive Clients – Displays only inactive Clients
  • Client management shortcuts 
  • Edit-Update Client details
  • Activate/Deactivate Client

Steps to Update Client

  • Click on Edit icon  corresponding to a Client
  • Update details and click on Update
  • Client Updated Successfully’ message would be displayed

Activate/Deactivate Client

By default, new Client would be in Active state

  • To change from Active state to Deactivate state, click on ‘Deactivate’ button just below the Edit button
  • To bring it back to the Active state, go to the Inactive Client tab and click on ‘Activate Client’ button

Client Summary: This section of Client page counts the number of Client along with their status

Search Client: Enables to Search Particular Client
